I have a drainage/run off ditch behind my home am I responsible to maintain that?
 Yes, if you have a drainage ditch behind your home and it is not maintained a violation notice will be sent.


I want to add a shed to my back yard/ stain my fence/ paint my house /add xeriscaping, what do I need to do?

Can I park my RV overnight?
 You are allowed to park an RV 24 hours on the property. Please email compliance@goodwintx.com  prevent the possibility of being sent a notice in regards to RV so the inspector will know in case of inspection.  In the event that you do receive a notice and your RV was only parked for 24 hours or less please email compliance and we can remove it. 


I have a trailer that I need to park here temporarily while I remove some items from my garage to storage, is that ok?
 Please send compliance@goodwintx.com an email with the dates in the case an inspection takes place they will not cite during this time.
