Restriction Enforcement for Morningside Meadows Sec 7 HOA
Compliance inspections take place 2x a month. The first notice is a courtesy notice. If you receive a 2nd notice it is also a notice with a notification that the next one, within a 6 month period for same issue, will be a $50 fine. Any notice after the 3rd will incur a $50 fine plus a $15 certified mail fee.
Common Violations:
Landscaping- Section 6.17 General Maintenance of Lot (iv) regular mowing and edging of lawn and grass areas.
Fencing- Enclosed fences are not required BUT if you do have a fence and the pickets are broken/ missing/ leaning it does not to be fixed.
Parking-(b) No boat, marine craft, hovercraft, aircraft, recreational vehicle, pick-up camper, travel trailer, motor home, camper body or similar vehicle or equipment may be parked for storage in the driveway or front yard of any dwelling or parked on any public street on the Property, nor shall any such vehicle or equipment be parked for storage in the side or rear yard of any residence unless properly concealed from public view. No such vehicle or equipment shall be used as a residence or office temporarily or permanently. This restriction shall not apply to any vehicle, machinery or equipment temporarily parked while in use for the construction, maintenance or repair of a residence in the Development.
Rubbish /Debris- (6.7 i) Trash, garbage or other waste shall not be kept except in sanitary containers stored out of public view except on designated trash collection days.
